This is the first two parts of a long-term project to edit all three Hobbit movies down to one movie, taking out all the stuff added for the movie and making it just a straight adaptation of The Hobbit. A lot of the bits that were made up for the movie were cool; this is just an experiment to see if we could make this work at all. It was cut from a little under four hours from the movies, making it 2 hour long without credits.
